Belconti Resort Hotel, Belek

My stay at the hotel was a disaster due to the horrible, dirty, and old rooms filled with insects, dirty bathroom, thorn bed linen, and broken furniture. On the bright side, the location was good walking distance to Belek city center and the beach was clean. Unfortunately, the staff appeared overworked, eager for tips, and not very kind.

The rooms, especially the reception area, were not good at all, and cleanliness was lacking throughout. The service was a mix of helpfulness and defensiveness, with language barriers for non-Turkish and non-Russian speakers. The location was convenient but marred by arrogant staff. Dining was subpar for a 5-star hotel, and the facilities were underwhelming.
